How can you tell which Clementines/Satsumas will be sweet & juicy, rather than tough and flavourless?

A few weeks ago, i bought a few packs in a row which were beautiful and so so sweet and juicy. The last 3 bags full ive had have been tough, and with absolutely no flavour and no sweetness and have mostly gone in the bin. I love Clementines when they are nice and between them and Nectarines they are really the only fruit i like. So how, in future, can I make sure I pick lovely, sweet, juicy ones instead of bland, flavourless ones?
