What can I say to a boyfriend who has a habit of pointing out my flaws?

Put it simply.... my boyfriend is the human incarnation of vanity.
I thought when we started going out, what's wrong with caring for his appearance, but no apparently this also means he has to tell me whenever I develop a new flaw.

It's stuff like spots, whenever I get a new one I try to relentlessly make it go away because I KNOW he will mention it, and he never fails to.

Is there anything I can say to him? It's really annoying.
