Which Android phone is easy to keep up to date with latest version?

Hi, can anyone recommend an Android phone which I can keep up to date with the latest releases of Android as they become available. I don't want to keep buying new phones every time and Ive noticed that the phone manufacturers don't always update promptly or as in the case of my T-mobile G1 not at all!
